International Line Producer

Sound Technician
- Experience 8 years

Professional skills required
- Strong experience operating and maintaining professional sound equipment (mixers, recorders, transmitters/receivers).
- Knowledge of frequency planning for large groups of contestants (up to 20)
- Ability to set up and run multicam sound in field conditions (dust, wind, rain, water, heat, etc.).
- Experience with PXW-X500/PDW850/PMW-500 cameras and syncing systems (TRx).
- Skilled in setting up in-ear monitoring and talkback systems for hosts and crew.
- Confident leading and coordinating 2–3 local sound assistants when needed.
- Previous professional experience in large scale reality show is required.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Professional Skills Required:
During pre-production:
It’s the Technical Coordinator’s main job to translate & transform “creative ideas into reality”. In other words, deliver technically sound and safe solutions within the available budget and within the available time frame.
Primary responsibilities: drawing up and managing the pre-production planning within the timeline, budget and locations.
He/she will also look after:
- Make technical drawings in DWG /autocad.
- Development of a set, props OR preparing an existing set, props.
- Searching for the right suppliers, requesting, and negotiating offers.
- Arranging all necessary technical needs together with the Line producer (machinery, and other tools and means).
During the production (on location):
Day-to-day coordination of the technical processes on location during load-in, event/filming and load-out with the various departments (rigging, construction, carpentry, lights, production, etc).
Personal traits we value:
- Applicable technical schooling and working experience in rigging, scaffolding and mechanical constructions.
- Fluent English (speaking, writing).
- You must have Schengen visa!
- Willing and able to travel and work on locations abroad.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently.

AV Supervisor
- Experience 5 years

Professional skills required
- Solid technical knowledge of cameras, sound, and lighting equipment
- Skilled in handling and maintaining a wide range of tools (multimeter, screwdrivers, soldering iron, pliers, wrenches, cleaning kits, etc.)
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, and carry out basic repairs on production gear
- Confident with documenting and organizing equipment (frequency cards, equipment lists, color codes, ATA Carnet)
- Strong planning and logistical skills (battery management, cargo preparation, border crossings).
- Proficient with laptops, equipment overview documents, and communication with rental houses.
- Flexible and ready to support production needs on set and during travel.
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
